A small amount of parent data, used for a clear purpose
This campaign funnel is designed to minimise the personal information collected about families and to keep student assessment information away from advertising platforms.
What the lead form collects
- Parent first name
- Email address and/or WhatsApp number
- Preferred contact method
- P5, P6 or equivalent upper-primary year band
- Optional broad English area of concern
- Service-delivery consent
- Campaign attribution such as landing page, referrer and UTM values
What the results form collects
- Lead ID or same parent contact detail
- Year band
- Four section scores
- Confirmation of independent completion
- Optional request for help interpreting the result
What this funnel deliberately does not request
Child name, school, date of birth, full assessment answers, photographs, scans, health information or detailed educational records.
Why information is used
To provide the requested Skills Check, record a genuine lead, measure the 30-day funnel, provide cautious next-step guidance and respond when a parent asks for follow-up. First-touch and latest-touch campaign attribution are stored with the lead so the business can understand which campaign source generated the request.
Where information is stored
When Netlify Forms is enabled, lead and results submissions are stored in the Netlify site’s Forms area. Attribution and tracking preferences are also stored in the visitor’s browser. Minimal internal funnel-stage records (for example download and guidance provided) may be stored with the non-sensitive Lead ID so the 30-day test can be reconciled. Google Analytics receives only non-sensitive funnel events after analytics consent. Meta advertising events remain inactive unless a valid Pixel/Dataset ID is configured and the visitor gives advertising consent.
Student scores and advertising platforms
Section scores must not be transmitted as parameters to Google Analytics or Meta. Contact details are not sent to GA4. If Meta Conversions API is activated later, permitted parent contact identifiers would be hashed server-side and used only for an approved conversion event.
International processing
Hosting, analytics and advertising providers may process information outside Thailand depending on their infrastructure. The business should maintain appropriate contractual and privacy safeguards for any international transfer.
Retention proposal — owner approval required
For the controlled experiment, the proposed rule is to review and delete unused lead/results submissions within 90 days after the 30-day test ends, unless the parent becomes a customer, asks for ongoing support, or a longer retention period is required for legitimate business/legal records. This retention rule must be approved before production launch.
Access, correction and deletion
Parents may request access, correction or deletion of their submitted information by contacting T.Chris B – English through the approved website contact route or WhatsApp at +44 7362 587539.
Tracking choices
The Skills Check service works with optional analytics and advertising tracking rejected. You can change your choice at any time.
